These terms govern your use of swaypoint.ai and any other website Swaypoint Inc. ("Swaypoint", "we", "us") operates that links to them (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the Swaypoint platform

The Site provides information about Swaypoint and its services. Use of the Swaypoint platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Swaypoint and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

2. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and video, belong to Swaypoint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for informational purposes. You may not copy, modify or distribute its content for commercial purposes, or use Swaypoint's name or logos, without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Site in violation of any law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with Swaypoint.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWAYPOINT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. SWAYPOINT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
